We stayed for two nights in Europe's highest hotel, located on Mt. Pilatus - a 7,000 foot mountain. It is reached via the world's steepest cogwheel mountain railroad, or by a 20-minute long cable car ride. At left, I'm sitting in a cable car on our first leg of the journey up.
